Apa itu Active Voice dan Passive Voice?
Passive Voice (kalimat pasif) adalah kalimat yang subjeknya dikenai suatu pekerjaan atau aksi atau tindakan, artinya subjek tidak melakukan suatu tindakan atau aksi dan hanya menerima suatu tindakan atau aksi. Sedangkan pada Active Voice (kalimat aktif)subjeklah yang melakukan aksi atau tindakan dan tidak menerima aksi atau tindakan.

Rumus passive voice adalah sebagai berikut :

be : auxiliary verb (am, is, are, was, were, has been, have been, will be, dll)
past participle: atau bisa disebut verb 3 (kata kerja bentuk ke 3)
(by agent) : pelaku dari tindakan

Catatan :
Auxiliary verb dapat berupa primary auxiliary verb be (is, are, am, was, were, be, been, being), kombinasi antara dua primary (is/are being, was/were being, has/have been) atau antara primary dan modal auxiliary verb (will be, will have been); sedangkan past participle yang digunakan berupa kata kerja transitive.
